Under Linux/Unix, you can use aria2, wxDownload Fast or (on thecommand line) wget -c URL orcurl -C - -L -O URL. Thereare many more options listed in a comparisonof download managers.

Live usb maker comes preinstalled on antiX and MX. For other linux distributions an AppImage is available for download from here ( -Linux/lum-qt-appimage/releases/tag/19.11.02); However this currently is for 64 bit only. Once you have downloaded the package you must open your downloads folder, extract the package, and run the AppImage with root priveleges (to read/write/format/mount the usb). deb packages are also available for download through the antiX repos ( -21-22-packages/) or the source code on gitlab. The helpfile or instructions for using live usb maker can be found here ( -files/help-mx-live-usb-maker/)

This track shows probable binding sites of the specified transcriptionfactors (TFs) in the given cell types as determined by chromatinimmunoprecipitation followed by high throughput sequencing (ChIP-Seq).Included for each cell type is the input signal, which represents the controlcondition where no antibody targeting was performed. For each experiment (cell type vs. antibody) this track showsa graph of enrichment for TF binding (Signal), along withsites that have the greatest evidence of transcription factor binding (Peaks). The sequence reads, quality scores, and alignment coordinates fromthese experiments are available for download.

A number of previously released datasets have been replaced by updated versions. The affected database tables and files include 'V3' in the name, and metadata is marked with "submittedDataVersion=V3",followed by the specific reason. The specific reason is:Includes previously missing sequence data.Previous versions of files are available for download from theFTP site
